7 feet tall and 320lbs of bodybuilding muscle - I am Conan Stevens. I am the author of this website.
Currently I work in Asia making action movies, as this is where action movies are prevalent and work is abundant (even if it is low paid and has a ton of obstacles inherant).
I have just finished Bangkok Adrenaline, an action/comedy slated for Cinema release in September. The interesting thing about this movie is that I wrote the script and was rather involved with pre-production. So I have views from the production house point of view as well as an actors.
I was also signed for the Thai movie “Som Tum”, this years big blockbuster written and produced specifically for overseas sales (US market). In this I will be playing against Nathan Jones, another 7 footer ex-pro-wrestler.
Next week I have a fitting for another large budget movie, but they have so far failed to tell me the story or what the role is or even discuss the pay - I just got a phone call to come in for a costume fitting. This is one of the many language problems I have as I do not speak the local language well.
I am also confirmed for a lead role in a major action role in October, and in September I fly to Australia to appear in a production at the Sydney Opera House (one of the wonders of the modern world).
Also I trained and worked as a Pro-Wrestler for 9 years holding several titles, I have military training and am a Qualified Infantryman, and fought with the Society Of Creative Anachronisms for a while to learn medieval weapons and armour fighting techniques.
